The health, safety & well being of all our customers & team is our number one priority.
Each area within our business has carried out a Covid-19 risk assessment and we have amended our operating procedures.
In order to maintain our business is safe we have a few extra guidelines we would like you to help us with:
If you or anyone accompanying you to the Pulpo have shown any signs of Covid-19 we would kindly ask if you postpone your visit.
All bookings will be staggered to reduce any queues, please ensure you are prompt for your booking.
A sanitising station will be available at the entrance of Pulpo, on each table & in all toilets please make use of theses facilities while dining with us. There will be a 15 minute gap between first & second service to ensure the table & chairs have been fully sanitised for the next guests. We would advise guests to pay contactless when possible. The tables will be dressed to a minimum, condiments & accompaniments can be requested.
We will need a mobile number for all bookings
On returning to work our staff will complete a health check to ensure they are symptom free & fit to work. Any staff member showing symptoms will be immediately sent home to self isolate for 14 days. All members of staff will be briefed & trained with extra
responsibilities for the hygiene of the restaurant; High contact points will be deep cleaned every 2 hours.
There will be a Sanitiser station at the door & sanitizer availability on all tables. Staff members will be asked to wash their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds every hour.
